What to expect in your
121 Yoga Class

121 yoga classes are designed specifically to meet your needs, goals and help you move with more ease every day.

 

That could be physical mobility and strength, stress reduction or improving sleep, or a combination of all of those things. 

The process always starts with a free 15-30 minute consultation on Zoom to discuss what you're looking to achieve and if I am the right teacher for you. After a consultation we look to set up your first classes.

Pricing

60-Minute Zoom Classes
1 class: £50.00 
Block of 5 classes (pre-paid): £225.00  (£45.00 per class)
Block of 10 classes (pre-paid):  £400.00  (£40.00 per class)

In-Person 1-2-1 Classes
1 class: £60.00 
Block of 5 classes (pre-paid): £275.00  (£55.00 per class)
Block of 10 classes (pre-paid):  £500.00  (£50.00 per class)

Availability for in-person classes depends on locality.
Travel time and costs depend on locality and are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

If you have another question, contact me using the button below. 

Contact
  • We can practice sitting on a chair.

  • If Chair Yoga is more appropriate for you, then a dining-style chair with a back is ideal.
    Otherwise,  yoga mat. For in-person sessions, I can bring a couple of yoga bricks and a kneeling pad, if necessary.
    We may use cushions or pillows that you have at home.

  • I do not run classes from my house. If it is not practical to have a session at your house or workplace, then I can look into hiring a hall or studio for our classes at an additional cost to you.
