What to expect in your
Yoga Nidra Sessions

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice designed to take you into a space where you are relaxed, but conscious and aware.

It is primarily a static practice with no movement, only listening and following my voice guiding you through our practice.

Yoga Nidra sessions are delivered via recording which is updated monthly and you can enjoy the session as many times as you like within the month of your access.

"Jackie's Yoga Nidra sessions are very therapeutic and relaxing. The breathing and visualisation exercises are particularly helpful. I always enjoy a good night's sleep afterwards and they have helped me to reduce stress levels"

Melanie

London

"I find it super-relaxing as I drift into the scene that Jackie describes. It takes me to a very relaxed state, just like falling asleep but without actually falling asleep and I find the benefits long-lasting."

Clive

London

"Jackie's Yoga Nidra recording has become a treasured part of my routine. Each session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and more grounded. It's a beautiful way to unwind and reconnect with myself."

Sam

London

"I call Jackie's Yoga Nidra my sleeping tablet. It relaxes my mind and body. I play the recordings and seem to get 15-20 minutes in and the next thing I know, it's time to wake up for work."

Setting up for Yoga Nidra

Use as many pillows, cushions, blankets, duvets, etc., that allow you to feel supported and warm (but not too hot), wear comfortable clothing and lay in a position where you will be able to fully relax.

You do not need to be able to see the screen but it is essential that you can hear me.

I will bring everyone up to sit at the end but if you wish to stay laying down, then that is great.

If you need to get on with the rest of your day after the practice, I always advise that students set an alarm for, say, 75 minutes after the start of the session, in case you fall into a deep sleep.
